Brendan is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources with more than 10 years of recruitment and HR experience. He specializes in solving recruitment and retention challenges for small-to-medium sized businesses, helping them grow and thrive.

In addition to being an expert Recruiter, Brendan has speciality training in workplace investigations, creating and delivering staff learning and development programs, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. He also possesses special interest and education in effective hiring practices, WCB return to work, and workplace human rights management.

Prior to becoming a professional Recruiter and HR practitioner, Brendan successfully founded and operated a health and wellness company, which afforded him the opportunity to earn the battle scars associated with starting and running a small business from the ground up.

His entrepreneurial passion drives his internal motivation to succeed and deliver the best results for his clients and their teams. Brendan is guided by giving back, and is committed to making a positive impact in society.
